Different images for Gif making? But of course!
So since the LJ went down yesterday I had more time going over some of my art pieces and figuring out what I want to do. I figured we do some more advancement with gifs. But first here are some of my pieces I am working on, they are in REALLY REALLY rough stages right now. One would be something I haven't thought about doing until I was rereading my passed Inuyasha chapters and stubbled onto this moment with Inuyasha running around and Gramps being sweet but annoyed. The other as you can see in my default picture is one of my KH manga pics that I colored and I'm going to MUCH more to it then were it was right now. So yeah, I have occupied my time with so much fun.
On to the tutorial!
So you have different pictures that you want to put together to make a sweet gif. Well, no problem, it's just as easy as the first part of gif making.
Well, if you can't tell I'm making a Naruto sexy no jutsu / Ziddy reaction gif. This was something I quickly thought of and images just popped in my head. I actually photoshop edit one of my FMV screenshots in likeness of the one made by the lovely
First off, open all the files that you will be using for your gif as seen above in the picture. What we want to do is put all these images into one file that has all the different images as their own individual layer. So create a new file (see picture below), and make it to what size you would like.
Now that you have a new image you want to drag your images from the different files into this newly created file. There are a couple of ways to do this:
1. Just click on the picture you want and drag it into the new file area. (if it doesn't allow you because its locked as a background just duplicate the image and then try it).
2. Select the picture you want, and Select All the image and copy. Then go to the new file and pasted it in.
What you see happen is quite common when it comes to various pictures. They are not all the same size and height. (see the picture below)
Yeah, many pictures do this but there is a fairly easy way to work to size it down. Go to File-->Tranform--->Scale. This will allow you to scale down the image.
Now you will have control to size down (or up) the image. Don't worry about it looking blurry as your moving it, the program corrects the pixels and clears everything up like the image was supposed to be that size. (another tip is moving it down to scale it down then you can drag it up by going inside the picture between the center and sides until you see the cursor turn into the regular arrow and you can click and drag the image where ever you want it while still being in the scale mode). When your happy with the size just click any other tool and accept the new size.
Now basically you repeat this same process with ALL your pictures you want so they are sized down to where they need to be. Each will have their OWN LAYER (I recommend naming each image layer just to make it easier). Then you can jump into ImageReady for the last process.
As you can see this last step is just like the original gif tutorial just add the number of layers you want for your images (so whatever slides you need). Then turn on and off layers in the order you want images to be seen. Then messing with the time to make the gif look flowing for the most part. (Note: Just a reminder that text is a layer too, so just make sure you turn it on and off also). After everything is done, do the File--->Save Optimized as.. then save as a gif like previous gif tutorial.
In the end you should have a fun new random images gif like this:

Edit the text to make it A LOT better

double edit, heres the opposite gif THANKS TO KURO for letting me borrow the pic!
